As a Graphic Designer, you are a vital role in the success of ThrivePOP. You are responsible for creating and managing digital-related projects for ThrivePOP as well as a variety of different clients. You will be in charge of organizing digital resources for media campaigns and presenting their progress and initiatives to executives in other departments. You will generate digital media that increases brand loyalty and will collaborate with the ThrivePOP team; you will be an excellent team player, but also work well independently. Additionally, graphic designers are problem solvers that are able to multitask effectively.
Some of their major responsibilities include creating online ads, seasonal content, newsletters, social media designs, print designs, and misc. projects.
Strong knowledge of advanced graphic design techniques is vital to be able to produce media files that help advertise their company and increase sales. Monitoring current design trends is expected.
The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for the successful management of digital strategy for client brands. The role requires an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of client business and drive growth opportunities. The Digital Marketing Strategist answers key questions such as how brands are communicated with and experienced through digital interactions, and how digital interactions fit into broader customer experiences. This individual combines an in-depth knowledge of client business objectives, online strategies, and competitive landscape with a rich background in the digital marketing industry to deliver effective digital marketing recommendations. This person also handles the day-to-day operations of agency projects for assigned clients, including research, scope development, creative briefing, and job execution. He or she is responsible for client contact, organizing information shared by and with the client, and ensuring that agency procedures are followed. Digital Marketing Strategists are responsible for achieving the client’s strategic brand and business objectives by working with clients to provide them with guidance and working with the internal team to achieve the execution of strategies. This candidate must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions.
The Digital Coordinator will be handling, maintaining the marketing database, updating project opportunities, monitoring our service board, schedule service tickets and miscellaneous custom reporting as requested from the CEO. In this role, you will report directly to the company owner and collaborate with the different departments and outside vendors to meet company deliverables.
